Hi doc, is there any way to for someone to make an ocd patient believe what's fake and real , if that person is suffering from ocpd as well?

Not really: A person with ocd, especially combined with a similar personality disorder, will have a very different perception of reality than an average person. It will be likely very difficult for you to "talk reality" with her.

Sometimes people with OCD develop what is called an overvalued thought which really represents a psychotic form of OCD requiring antipsychotic treatment.
