Not sure but: I'd recommend u bring her to her pediatrician and get checked for nerve inflammation/ neuropathy, diabetes etc. Take care and god bless u!

Many possibilites: Metabolic causes carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome pinched nerve in neck.... Get it evaluated.
