Is it true that the oats, lemon juice and tomatoe face mask will help for darkspots and pimples?

Homemade Face Mask: Perhaps in theory, applying a compote of oats (as the binder/paste), lemon juice (the active agent being citric acid to peel/lighten) and tomato (also containing citric acid) may improve skin pigmentation somewhat. There are certainly more effective and predictable products for these issues. Speak to your plastic surgeon.
