Yes: An electric double breastpump can help you pump more (may only be slightly more), but in a shorter period of time than hand-expressing or using a manual pump.

Yes: There are manual and electric breast pumps; electric are stronger and typically help you pump more milk. Also pumping both sides at once can help stimulate more flow. Putting the electric pump on the highest comfortable setting will produce the most milk effectively and efficiently.
