i was diagnosed with ganglion cyst on bottom of big toe. after 1 week cyst is no longer painful & swelling gone down. will pain come back?

It may: It may, however if the cyst is not longer present it means that ruptured expontaneosly and will not worry about it.

It could, but: It depends on what was the trigger for the ganglion to develop. Often it is from some sort of minor injury or irritation of the area. It also may never return, so there's no need to do anything other than wait and see.
