35 weeks pregnant. my knee hurts really bad, i'm not able to move my leg because of the pain and i can't put pressure on it. what can it be?

See details: The possibilities are several. Ice, rest and tylenol (acetaminophen) may help but you will need to have it evaluated to find the exact cause of the pain. Is the knee swollen? If so, you have an inflammatory arthritis. If not tears, tendinitis, bursitis, etc are possible causes.

See your doctor: If swelling is associated will need to rule out a deep vein thrombosis. Late pregnancy carries a slightly higher risk and often the only presenting symptom is leg pain. The typical test is a doppler or ultrasound of the leg. If no obstruction, then can be handled as a typical strain or sprain as the ligaments in general will be getting slightly more loose in preparation for delivery.
