Hair: For healthy hair growth: Get adequate sleep,avoid excess sugar & fat in diet, v carbonated beverages, eat enough protein, exercise regularly. Biotin helps (but don't over do it). Insure you have adequate Iron (think kale & other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (think walnuts) and vitamin E (fruits & vegetables).

Anything that will: Increase blood flow to your hair follicles should help, theoretically. Try massage, warm packs. You can try topical rogaine (minoxidil). Make sure it is not low thyroid. Recent reports that Botox injection help too.

No: Assuming you have no medical problem such as thyroid, autoimmune or skin disease and do not abuse your hair with excessive heat or styling treatments, then no, you can't make your hair grow faster. It grows about 1/2 inch per month on the average.
