my baby has a red spot behind her neck that itches her alot, the edges get lil rashes. at times , what can this be?

Eczema or birthmark: This can be a type of eczema or mild inflammation of a birthmark typically called a "stork bite." moisturize the area with vaseline multiple times per day for 1 week. If that doesn't work, follow-up with your pediatrician.
