Pregnancy test: You need to start by taking a pregnancy test. If this is negative, then the next thing to consider is a visit with your doctor to exam your belly and indicate whether an ultrasound is indicated. If your are having abdominal pain, it is best to be evaluated. This might just be an ovarian cyst.
