See answer: Bm's can be normal even if not done every day. If you are getting cramping and problems from constipation, that is another story. You are doing well with increasing fluids and fiber in your diet. Sometimes stress can even cause bowel irregularity. If it becomes a real issue, see a dr for an eval and there are possible meds that can help you. Good luck.

Physical evaluation: Have a doctor check for blockage or other gastrointestinal problems. It is good that yoyu know how important water & diet can be - it would probably be much worse if you were not doing that correctly. A full battery of tests will direct proper treatment choices. Good luck.
