Yes: I doubt this acute toxicity, but be very cautious with these. They're probably the cause of the neurodegenerative disease that's common where they're eaten. A curious legal loophole allows them to be used in dubious "holistic remedies" -- this discredits real, safe botanicals. I'm sorry this happened to you and i hope you will shun them in the future.
