left side lower back pain towards my butt that radiates up to the middle of my back and to my groin. small bulge above hip that doesn't hurt or hard.

Common: Pelvic area pain can radiate up or down, and commonly to the groin. Bulging above the hip is classic for a twist in the pelvis. See a chiropractic doctor or a osteopathic physician for treatment you will do well. Ask about xrays if scoliosis is seen.
