No gym, no problem: The gym is in you heart and mind. I work out ala rocky balboa (use rocks instead if dumb bell. A tree branch for pull ups. An old set of pajama pants or rubber tubbing from home depot to strech my legs, instead of an expensive rubber bands from sport shop). Most important, i work out by doing things i like and enjoy. You have to have fun to feel strong.
