Why ct scan show different result to unltrasound for pelvic mass?

Radiation Oncology 28 years experience
Strength of modality: Ultrasound (us) is 1st line for adnexal masses, better to say B9 or not, non-ionizing radiation. Depends if vaginal or abdominal. Ct is not as specific as us but better if non-pelvic origin, used to evaluate spread.
