It depends: Many healthy people have multiple bowel movements/day. The questions are how many, what consistency and how do you feel. In healthy people vegetables, whole grains, legumes and fruit are full of fiber and promote healthy bms. If you have diarrhea, then see your doctor, ck food intolerances. Another option to slow chronic diarrhea is probiotics/ prebiotics or soluble fiber without water.
