Immune stress: Getting frequent colds is a sign of a weakened immune system. Having the flu can reduce immunity & you may be getting exposed while your resistance is down. Umcka is a good antiviral herb. Herbs like andrographis & astragalus can enhance immunity, as can a good multivitamin & probiotics. Adequate rest, stress reduction & a healthy diet will also help- esp. Avoid sweets as they suppress immunity!
