Should be: It should be, but the product is targeting at women older than you. There are contraindications including: below 21 years of age, menstruation, pregnant, nursing, contraceptive therapy (oral or patch), allergy to any of the ingredients, or history of uterus, ovary or breast cysts/tumour, or any disorder of the thyroid gland. Invitar has not been evaluated by the fda.
