is it necessary to feel pregnancy symptom during healthy pregnancy?

Nope: Sometimes pregnant women don't have any nausea, breast swelling, back pain, pelvic pains, etc., etc. During pregnancy. Sometimes a little fatigue is all they notice (& occasionally, not even that!). There's nothing wrong with that! although some women report that their symptoms disappeared before miscarriage occurred, it is not a bad thing, or a warning sign if u feel great during ur pregnancy.

No - be glad if you: feel good. Avoid tobacco, caffeine, alcohol, illicit drugs ; unnecessary medications. Remain physically active and eat healthfully. Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Take your prenatal vitamins and keep all prenatal appointments. Take care.
