Question unclear: If you are asking why the burning, you may have irritated the anus by wiping when you had diarrhea, may have developed secondary yeast infection, may have aggravated hemorrhoids, and so on. You need to be seen and be examined to determine what this is and get it treated. You could try an otc hemorrhoid cream and see if it works. Good luck.
