If thinking about: The future depresses you, speaking with a psychologist would help you, helping people look forward to the future is one of the things i help all my clients do. I even wrote a book that helps them incorporate their dreams into their lives when i realized that i had simple techniques that worked for my clients over the years. There are many ways therapy can help you deal with the depression.
