Back cracks when shrugging and shoulder pops when lying on my side. Is this a sign of arthritis?

Not Necessarily: There are multiple joints in your spine, ribs and shoulders and painless popping and cracking is very common. Just like popping the joints in your fingers, this is not harmful.
