Drinking after oxy: Drinking alcohol after taking oxycodone can be dangerous and even fatal. If the combined effects of these two things are strong enough then it can even be fatal.

Agree. I do think if the oxycodone is out of your system, it would be safe.

Yes: If it has been a full day since your last oxycodone, and you do not have any kidney or liver issues that would make any of the active metabolites of oxycodone stay around longer, it would be safe to drink. However, take it easy your first night with a drink. Anything less than a full day, i would recommend not drinking with concern of oxycodone in your system, but you should be fine.
