Green tea: The catechins in green tea have interesting, and potentially favorable metabolic properties. However, you would probably have to drink gallons of green tea to get enough. Certainly it is better to drink green tea than, say, a milk shake. If you like green tea, enjoy it. But it is likely not a magic potion.
