severe jaw tenseness, radiating neck and left arm pain and breatlessness that improves with some rest? some pain goes to right side. i am scared. :(

Tension: You need to relax, these are all nerves that are making you clench your teeth and make your muscles hurt. If the problem continues you may ask your dentist for a mouth guard.

Get checked: It is probable anxiety but it should be checked out. Try to calm down and relax and see if that helps too.
