How bad is it for you if you take in 60+ grams of protein in one meal? ex: high protein meal + mass gainer shake after a workout. should i worry?

Not to worry: Consuming so much protein at one time is more of a waste of protein (and money) since only so much can be absorbed by the body at one time. Long term it could stress your kidneys but that's not likely at your age. If you're looking to build mass, you could consume an amount of protein per day equal to your weight in pounds. But you need to break that down into at least 5 servings per day.
