can food allergies cause your joints to swell up, i notice i feel better when i don't eat much, i take benadryl (diphenhydramine) every night, and haven't reacted to foo?

Food allergies: It is unlikely that food allergies can cause joint swelling. You need to see an allergist and get retested for food allergies, milk, eggs, wheat, rye and soy are not typical allergies for adults.
