Back pain: After a trauma like a car accident, most of the back pain symptoms that people have are due to muscle strain. However, if it now is radiating into your buttock area or down the leg then consider a pinched nerve or disc problem in the spine. See your physician for an exam.

Back pain: The back pain can be caused by muscle strain, spinal stenosis, ruptured disc, nerve impingement ... The treatment depends on the cause of the pain. If your pain persists, you should seek help from a health care provider. You might benefit from a comprehensive evaluation and treatment.
