Med Interaction: Combo may increase risk of serotonin syndrome, neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Both of these are very rare.

If prescribed: Flexeril is a muscle relaxant that is similar to amitriptylene in structure. It can be used cautiously with zoloft (sertraline) -- and a 10 mg dose is cautious. So if both are prescribed and being monitored by your doctor, it should be okay.
