i always sleep on the right side so my head shape is changed the left side of my head is distorted is it posible to correct that?

No, it is not: However, some people see themselves as distorted, when in fact they are not. If others disagree with you, you may have body dysmorphic disorder which is where you see yourself differently in the mirror than other people see you. If this is the case, see a psychiatrist and get into psychotherapy as it may be very helpful for you.
