I assume you mean: Myosure resection, what did your gyn say, usually u do not want to remove larger than 3-4 cm, obviously there are experts who could possibly remove larger ones but those should be done in hospital that has all of the necessary facilities, I do myosure in the office but only on smaller ones no more than 3-4 cm and no more than 3-4 at one time will I do in office but please discuss with your gyn.
