Many reasons: Abdominal pain in pregnancy could be related to your gastrointestinal tract, or your pregnancy. Without additional information, it's difficult to be sure which one it is. Check with your doctor as he/she has all of your health information. If you develop a fever, be sure to go directly to the hospital.
