Calories from others: Cutting carbs is a very healthy thing to do and you will often loose weight. But pounds come from calories so if you increase your calories from other food sources such as protein and fats then you can likely balance your weight.

Increase fat intake: If you cut back on carbs and don't want to lose weight, increase your fat intake, only healthy fats of course but things like coconut oil, avocado, chia seeds, tahini will help you with weight.
