A 32-year-old female asked about a female:
any ideas? 7 y/o niece said "eyes are shaking", vomiting, dizzy. looks frail to me (very pale skin/redhead). always seems zoned out, but today is bad!

Labyrinthitis?: She needs to be seen now. Her subjective sensations of "eyes shaking" is probably oscillopsia, the visible eye movements nystagmus. This may be transient viral labyrinthitis / vestibular neuronitis or a more serious problem involving the inner ear / viiith nerve.
