Side effect: I see your baby is taking medications for seizures. I would bet on side effect of some of those. You should discuss it with the baby's doc.

It could be yeast in: If your son has been on antibiotocs that is what it could be. Try to see if the white dots can be removed with a piece of gause. It is best to have your doctor see him.
