What are these bumps on the back of my tounge?

Bumps in tongue: Sorry but that has to be seen by a dr. I would sugest you to see an ENT ( ear, nose, throat specialist. If you are a smoker there are changes for tumors or cancer in the tongue or mouth.Other possibilities are simple glossitis or inflammation, yeast, other fungal infections, abscesses.
