For weight loss ...: You cannot target specific areas for weight loss - if you have adipose tissue to lose (not everyone does), then consider an increase in cardio and a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with walking, running, biking, swimming, elliptical, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

Difficult problem: The anatomy of cellulite is still being understood and ways to address it. It is a combination of localized fat, skin laxity, skin attachments to the underlying muscle, localized edema and more. Procedures to address these components have been developed and may produce improvements but cannot remove or cure it. This includes technologies such as endermologie or cellulaze or venus freeze and more.

What do I do to get rid of cellulite?

No cure yet: There are many creams and procedures that claim to get rid of cellulite but so far there is no cure for this very common problem. Endermologie helps but effects are very short-lasting. Procedures such as velasmooth and velashape, thermage, and titan can help improve cellulite but not get rid of it entirely. Their effects are much longer lasting and more effective than endermologie.

Yes and no: It can be improved with treatment- carboxytherapy and various medical devices which reduce the appearance of cellulite using radio frequency alone or combined with pressure- vela shape, vela smooth, viola reaction etc. Typically it requires 6-8 sessions over a few weeks. It does to be repeated at regular intervals of 3-6 months to maintain the effect.

You don't: Weight loss may help a little. There are also treatments but they take a long time to achieve results. To some degree, once you have it, cellulite is there forever.

See doc: The laser liposuction seems to be the best for this problem. See your dermatologist or plastic surgeon that does this procedure or treats cellulite.
