i only drink 1 bottle of water about every 2 weeks and the rest of the time just soda. what are some problems that this could cause me?

Obesity: Extra calories from soda could lead to gradual weight gain. While there's obvious no extra calories from artificially sweetened beverages, new studies suggest that both sugar sweetened & artificially sweetened beverages can increase risk for diabetes.
