Few times a year my skin is very painful without touch. it spreads and last about a week. it hurts/stings with or without touch?

Skin issues: Not sure what is causing that but suggest potential exposure to certain environmental allergens if that comes in cycles at the same time each year. Nerve irritation is another explanation but what would cause it - remains unclear based on your presentation.
