I sit up & heard/felt a small pop in my lower back and im having burning legs, buttock and thighs. er does not help an i see my spine dr, monday. help?

Ruptured disc: Probably ruptured a disc in your back. Would recommend otc nsaids and rest. Can try using foam roller to help stretch. Take it easy. May send you to pt but if weak may order MRI to better evaluate. Good luck.

See below : Rest over the weekend .Avoid any repetitive bending twisting a rotating or lifting. You can try some advil (ibuprofen) with food 1 to 2 pills three times a day with food unless this is medically contraindicated or you're having any stomach or bleeding issues. You may want to check with your medical doctor is i don't know where your ongoing medical problems. Go see your orthopedic spine surgeon good luck thank you.
