Not likely . . .: I assume you mean get pregnant by engaging in unprotected sex a day before expected menses. It's unlikely b/c ovulation occurs 2wks prior to menses. Egg lives a few days but not 2wks so if no fertilization & implantation, you shed uterine lining as menstrual blood. However, spotting at time of expected menses might represent implantation so you might be pregnant from earlier unprotected sex event.

Yes but unlikely: Ovulation occurs 2wks prior to menses. Sperm can liver for a few days inside your body but not likely for 2wks waiting for next ovulation. However, the "period" that just ended might represent implantation spotting. In other words, you're already pregnant! usually, it's not recommend to take home pregnancy test until/unless you're 4wks late. But if you're really worried . .

Possible: Ovulation occurs 14 days before your period, so there is the chance that ovulation was around the day you had sex.

Very unlikely: But never say never. Always use protection every time you have sex if you aren't ready for pregnancy.

Possible: Pregnancy is know to have occurred from sex on any and all days of the menstrual cycle. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
