Skin lesions: Without seeing that, it's hard to make a suggestion. Possible ringworm based on description, but again, without seeing a picture, don't take my word for it. Either send it to us or see a local doc.

Can't say without: seeing. This rash needs to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
