Dizzy: If you have labyrinthitis, a viral infection of the inner ear, it often starts with severe dizziness/spinning (vertigo), and as the infection resolves you may have imbalance/lightheadedness for a while before the infection fully resolves. An ENT may be albe to give you a medication to help lessen the symptoms.

Dehydrated: Feeling light headed & dizzy are common signs of dehydration or not getting enough calories. Drink plenty of water each day & make sure you are not skipping meals. Try eating something small, like a few crackers. However, this could be something more serious (ex. Infection, not enough info to tell) so if it gets worse or doesn't go away please see a dr.

Multiple possibles: There can be many causes of your symptoms. Also each person's definition of "dizzy" is different. It looks like you mean spinning or movement sensation rather than lighted headed or faint like feeling. If so this is most likely from the inner ear and can have multiple causes. Start with your PCP and then maybe ENT doctor to check you.
