a acne looking rash suddenly appeared on my sides and back.its red with whitehead like pimples that looks like its spreading. what could this be?

See a derm if stays: This is interesting because its only on your sides and back an allergy would be all over the body itch and develop hives. Acne can be regional but also contact dermatitis. Are you lying in plactic or vinyl chairs this summer? Sometines sweating into these chairs causes a dermaitiis. Anything on the bed sheet, plastic wrap? New detergent? Best to see an md.
