Breast augmentation: There are no specific foods that increase breast size. There are no pills that increase breast size either. Breast size may increase with moderate to significant weight gain. If you desire a breast enlargement then consult a plastic surgeon to discuss your options for surgical breast augmentation.

None: Diet is not a recommended way of getting larger breasts.

If it sounds to ....: If it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't. I can think of some hormonal products in birth control pills that cause temporary changes in the breast, but nothing that could give you something your genetics hasn't pre-ordained. Some plant material may also have transient hormone like effect. Best save your money, follow a healthy lifestyle & invest in learning. Benefit in the long term = btr.

Breast size up: The only way to do this without assistance, would be to gain weight. This, however, would be a very imprecise solution, as you cannot predict how much size increase you would get with any given body weight increase. Fat grafting, currently quite popular, enables you to have some fat from your own body transferred to the breast. This is an option for some patients.

No: Breast size is not going to change with medication or diet. If you are very young, at age 34, your breast are done growing. Fat and stem cell transfers are new ways to increase breast size that work pretty well for small to moderate increases. Otherwise, breast implants are about your only option.

Get Pregnant: I can't recommend this as a long term solution but it will work in the short term. Seriously, there really aren't any good safe ways to increase the size of the breasts that use medicines, hormones or injections.

No reliable method: It depends on what you mean by "naturally" but there are no non-surgical procedures that have been proven safe or effective.
