My mam has ovarian cancer, it's really tough for me to cope :( i feel so upset and angry and i'd just like to know how to cope?

Counseling: Dealing with grief is complicated and difficult. Life often isn't 'fair'. If you need help coping with your mother's cancer, ask your doctor for a referral to a counselor, whether it be a psychiatrist, psychologist, or other professional who deals with these issues.
