I have problems like ibs-d (6 on bristol stool chart). My blood tests, upper gi, and allergy tests all came back good. Do i need a colonoscopy?

IBS is not just: The bowel as cause. The intestine is under automatic brain control and the mechanism is sensitive to compromised brain/body chemistry. The commonest cause is poor diet, especially all the sweets, including sweeteners.
