Hormone: Migraine is often triggered by hormonal changes, have you tried birth control pills? If you have more than 15 migraines a month, Botox injections may be considered (not sure that this is fda approved for those under 18 but it is approved for other conditions down to age 12).

See below: In all clinical trials, less than 1% of patients using stadol had experiences that suggested the development of physical dependence or tolerance. In long-term trials with stadolns only, nasal congestion (13%) and insomnia (11%) were frequently reported.
