i been having a sharp pain that comes n go on my right side right under my right breast since yesterday should i be worried i'm 44 female.

Mastalgia: Only 1-6% of women complaining of breast pain have breast cancer, but if you're worried, contact your md to order a mammogram. Other reasons include cyclical hormonal pain, fibrocystic breasts, mastitis, pendulous breasts. Most mds recommend mammograms every other year in the 40's. See your doctor for a breast exam and consider some imaging to rule out a cancer.
