is it possible lhermitte's sign from something other than ms. if so, how likely? i had a pulled muscle in back week ago and now this.

Not specific: Nothing about lhermitte's that is solely related to ms, and can be seen with any problem affecting the posterior columns of the cervical spinal cord. Includes b-12 deficiency, cervical stenosis or disc problem, decreased spinal cord blood flow, spinal cord contusion or other injuries.
