i am sweating profusely at nite55 yrs old, hormonal also i have a goiter.which one causes heavy sweating at nite? also heart palpitations.

Perimenopausal: Sweating a typical symptom when one is entering the menopausal state. Low thyroid (goiter) doesn't cause this.
